At Bandio, PBC ('the company', 'we', or 'us'), we respect your privacy and are committed to protecting it through our compliance with this privacy policy ('Policy' or the 'Privacy Policy'). This policy describes the types of information we may collect from you when you visit our site ('the website') or use our product (“Bandio”), and our practices for collecting, using, maintaining, protecting, and disclosing that information. Your use of the website and Bandio and any information you provide are subject to the terms of this Privacy Policy.

When you use Bandio, the product does temporarily collect personally identifiable information from users in order to categorize the user's age range. The personally identifiable information is then deleted automatically immediately after the age range determination process is completed or abandoned.
We do not combine data collected from users with additional data from other third-party sources and do not track users between sessions.
We use personal information for the purpose for which it was collected and for other closely related legally allowed purposes. These include service delivery (such as provide, operate and improve Bandio and our business), research, marketing, and compliance. We retain data as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected.
Bandio does not collect data for the purpose of tracking. We do not allow partners and third-parties to collect data on our website to create data profiles for personalized advertisements.
Personal information is not displayed publicly on our website.

Third-Party Service Providers. We work with third-parties such as Webflow and Hubspot who provide services such as app functionality and account management to help improve or operate our websites and products.

We do not allow third-parties to collect personal information from our website for the purpose of tracking you over time or across different services.
Currently user information is used to operate the website, and notify users of updates to the products via email. Users can opt out of email notifications at any time, except those that are required to provide service and account related information. User submitted emails may be used for the purposes of marketing the services however, users can opt-out of marketing emails at any time and personal information used for marketing is not shared with third parties.
Our website does not have any contextual advertising, personalized advertising, or advertising profiling.
Our website and product may contain links to other websites, mobile applications, and other online services operated by third parties. These links are not an endorsement of, or representation that we are affiliated with, any third party. In addition, our content may be included on web pages or in mobile applications or other online services that are not associated with us. We do not control websites, mobile applications or online services operated by third parties, and we are not responsible for their actions.
Third-party login is not supported for our product.

Our website is not intended for use by persons under 16 years of age.
Our product allows parents and guardians to create an age band for their child or themselves. Our product also allows teens of 16 years of age or older to create an age band for themselves. The product is designed so as to ensure that no personal identifiable information is collected of children under 13 years of age or teenagers under 16 years of age.
If we were to discover that information was inadvertently collected from children under 13 years of age without parental consent we would immediately delete it.
